Beeland Market

Locally farmed and produced, Beeland Market is a definite Market favourite. Produced in Spillamacheen BC, Beeland’s gourmet food products, beauty products, and honey are all made with pesticide & GMO-free honey. With hives ranging from Radium to Golden, Beeland offers a holistic approach to what it means to be the bee’s knees.

STOCK AND SAUCE

Phil and Kari Faba are the owners of Stock and Sauce. They also have nine children, which led them to create Stock and Sauce’s line of fresh, vibrant, and healthy meals made ready to eat for busy families. Their ingredients are sourced from a combination of whole, local, and organic producers and they stay away from additives, chemicals, or preservatives in their food, so you can enjoy the convenience of ready-made meals without sacrificing quality.

Sips at the Market 

Sips at the Market is happy to pour you a cold local beer, expertly selected wines, and spirits by the glass or on tap for enjoyment in the Food Hall. They have a wide selection of locally made beverages ready for you to enjoy—many of which are products of other Calgary Farmers’ Market vendors, so you can sample a drink and then take a bottle home with you! Partner vendors include Eau Claire Distillery, Field Stone Fruit Wines, Fallentimber Meadery, and Troubled Monk.

Shef’s Fiery Kitchen

Shef’s Fiery Kitchen is a family business operated by sisters Shefali and Sharon Somani. Shef and Sharon have both traveled to Thailand to learn how to cook authentic Thai dishes and learned the ins and out of Indian cooking from their mother. All their curries are gluten-free and always use locally sourced natural, antibiotic and hormone-free beef and chicken.

Shanghai Fine Food

Shanghai Fine Food specializes in dim sum, a type of Chinese food which literally translates to “touch your heart.” Chef Henry’s passion for quality Chinese food began at age 16 when he started working in kitchens. He eventually worked his way up to be a chef instructor, training others in preparing delectable banquet dishes and unique fruit and vegetable carvings in many of Shanghai and Chengdu’s finest hotels and restaurants.

Sabores Mexican Cuisine

Sabores, which translates to flavours, represent all the sophisticated textures, ingredients, and colors that comprise true Mexican food. Sabores seeks to share with the world a piece of a culture that has lasted for generations on end.
