Radishingly Fresh Greek Salad with Dill and Green Onions


  • 4 cups green lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



1. Prepare the Vegetables:
• Wash and dry the green lettuce, radishes, and cucumber.
• Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the radishes and cucumber.
• Place the prepared vegetables in a large salad bowl.

2. Greek Yogurt Dressing:
• In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
• Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and well combined.

3. Assemble the Salad:
• Add the chopped green onions to the salad bowl with the prepared vegetables.
• Drizzle the Greek yogurt dressing over the salad ingredients.

4. Toss:
• Gently toss the salad to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.
• Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.

5. Garnish and Serve:
• Garnish the Fresh Vegetable Salad with a few sprigs of fresh dill or additional sliced green onions for presentation.
