Delissitude is a gluten, nut, and dairy free bakery with vegan options. Founded in 2013 by Renay Eng-Fisher, Delissitude grew out of her love of fine baking and her personal experience with food allergies. Renay never compromises on the quality of ingredients or the baking process when making her allergen-friendly baked goods.
Renay and her team prepare a wide variety of fresh gluten, nut, and dairy free desserts, breads, squares, muffins, seasonal pies and frozen perogies each week. Delissitude also offers a wide range of vegan items including cupcakes, muffins, cookies, cinnamon buns, focaccia, vegan cheesecake, chocolate macaroons, seasonal pies, vegan perogies and more. Paleo and low sugar items are also available.
