Spragg’s Meat Shop operates a meat processing facility in Rosemary, Alberta. Greg and Bonnie Spragg are involved in primary agriculture production as well as operating the meat shop, preparing freshly cut meat to be delivered to the Calgary Farmers Market on a weekly basis.
You'll find all your favourite beef cuts, as well as both Angus and Wagyu beef for sale in our dedicated beef stall. Many of the calves that are part of the Brant Lake Wagyu program are born and raised in the County of Newell; just down the road from Spragg’s Meat Shop. Benchmark Angus is also from southern Alberta and the animals are raised by the Munton family.
