Delissitude is a gluten, nut & dairy free bakery with vegan options. Founded in 2013 by Renay Eng-Fisher, Delissitude grew out of Renay’s love of fine baking and her personal experience with food allergies.
Renay and her team prepare a wide variety of fresh gluten, nut and dairy free desserts, breads, squares, muffins, seasonal pies and frozen perogies each week with no compromises to the quality of ingredients or the baking process. Each week we also make a specialty item. Delissitude also offers a wide range of vegan items including quinoa, chocolate mocha and vegan vanilla cupcakes, orange date muffins, morning glory cookies, cinnamon buns, focaccia, vegan cheesecake, chocolate macaroons, seasonal pies, vegan perogies and more.
Paleo and low sugar items are also available.
Special occasion cakes and cupcakes for weddings, birthdays and other celebrations can be made by special order.
