The Main Dish
The Main Dish is an eye catching dynamic food experience that has exploded onto Calgary’s food scene unlike any other new concept has done in the past. Through a savvy mix of media, purposeful public relations and well earned word of mouth The Main Dish has rapidly established itself as the forerunner in the newly recognized high quality fresh prepared food sector.
At the Calgary Farmers Market they will be providing customers with fresh, healthy, and delicious meal choices that are available chilled to take-home, heat, and eat. A wide variety of proteins, starches, vegetables, deli salads, anti-pasti, and entrees will help any Calgarian solve their dinner dilemma. Unique to their Calgary Farmers market location; an assortment of the freshest, healthiest and tastiest wraps created from the amazing selection of take-away entrees, veggies and sides featured in their take-away coolers.
The Main Dish is also available for corporate or event catering. They are the official caterer of the Calgary Stampeders Training Camp, and have also worked with Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton, the Calgary Vipers Baseball Club, and are a sponsor to 5 Olympic athletes.
