As a trained chef, Lily Luc knows her way around a kitchen, so when the opportunity arose to run her own restaurant at the Calgary Farmers’ Market, she jumped at the chance.  Specializing in Americana food, Lily prepares all your diner-style favourites: burgers, pizza, omelettes and even poutine. Adding her own twist, with fresh cut potatoes, homemade foccaccia bread and a splash of unique ingredients, Lily makes each meal special.
