Silver Sage Natural Beef is a full service beef shop offering a complete range of natural beef products including custom cuts from the fresh beef service counter, pre-wrapped fresh beef, frozen beef, fresh sausage, sausage rings and smokies, beef jerky and specialty items.  Aaron, the Operations Manager and lead meat cutter (aaron@silversagebeef.com), provides a full range of custom cuts as well as friendly advice and information. 

Silver Sage Beef cattle are humanely raised on the 100-year Zentner family ranch in a healthy, stress-free, natural environment for most of their lives.  Cattle roam and graze freely on open pastures of nutritious prairie short grass with plenty of clean air, water and sunshine. All Silver Sage cattle are free from synthetic growth hormones and therapeutic antibiotics, with no animal by-products in the feed, ever.   Silver Sage Beef is grain finished and dry aged for superb flavour and tenderness preferred by knowledgeable beef lovers.
