Missing Link Extraordinary Sausage
Missing Link Extraordinary Sausage is a small Calgary-based business, operated out of a custom-made commercial kitchen in our home near Peters’ Drive-In. Mick (a typical Gemini) is often described as the Sausage Maker Extraordinaire, while Deneise (the methodical Leo) is the Extraordinary Administrator. Together, we produce over forty wild and crazy flavours of lean and delicious chicken sausage, all of which are Mick’s own creations. We’re often asked “what’s in your sausage”? Since we make so many varieties, it’s easier to answer the question, “what’s not in them”? We pride ourselves on using quality, fresh ingredients and no “junk” in our product. Our sausage is made from double-ground skinless chicken leg/thigh meat and spices. We do not add fat, preservatives, fillers, binders, or any unidentifiable body parts. The vast majority of our flavours are both gluten-free and dairy-free.
