We’ve been a successful family business for many years and have now decided to open another new business venture in the deli industry. Hard work is nothing new to us; we take great pride in all that we do. We approach our deli with passion, attention to details and hard work. Fresh DELIcious is bringing European inspired foods, using high quality ingredients and innovative recipes from a well-known executive French chef for our health conscientious clientele.

We believe that our homemade deli items such as: gourmet sandwiches, paninis, chilis, stews, salads and delicious cold cuts will speak for themselves. Great food is great business. Having great family recipes is one thing, but doing them justice requires a distinct creative commitment to perfection. Therefore, our food philosophy is quite simple, there’s peace of mind knowing where our food comes from, that the ingredients we use are from quality driven farms, mostly located right here in Alberta and B.C. The rest are from Italy, France and Spain. These ingredients are usually only found in high-end restaurants (accompanied by high-end restaurant prices), but we’re committed to use these same ingredients in a casual deli menu.
