Wapiti Ways Paleo-Elk Stir Fry

PALEO is an easy dietary lifestyle, based on foods, that we ate prior to agriculture and animal husbandry during the Paleolithic Era [ meat, fish, shellfish, eggs, tree nuts, vegetables, roots, fruit, berries, and mushrooms]. Excluded are Neolithic Era foods [ grains, dairy , beans, legumes, sugar, and fake foods]. The PALEO diet, along with the CROSS-FIT exercise regimen , is sweeping the fitness world.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. WAPITI WAYS Elk Sirloin Tip Steak [ sliced in stir fry strips]
one sliced onion [ vidalia]
two yellow squash, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
3 sliced celery stalks
one-half each, sliced red, yellow, and green peppers
one cup sliced button mushrooms
2 cups broccoli chunks
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup baby carrots
turmeric, red pepper, garlic, curry [ to your individual tastes]

DIRECTIONS:
Melt the coconut oil in the wok , add the Wapiti Ways Elk Sirloin Steak, and stir fry for 3 minutes, then remove
the Elk Steak strips, to a bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients, to the wok, and cook on high , with frequent stirring, for 6 minutes.

Re-introduce the Elk Steak Strips, for the last 1 to 2 minutes, and serve, along with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.
