Asian Ostrich Kebabs

  • 1lb Ostrich Steak, 1inch thick, into 1inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Asian sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Minced ginger rooot
  • 2 lrg Garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tsp Rice vineger
  • 1- 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 - 1/2 tbsp Lightly toasted sesame seeds

In a medium sized bowl, stir together all ingredients except meat. Add meat, toss well, marinate for 45 minutes. Thread on scewers and broil or grill, turning several times, 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Do not over cook. Serve with freshly steamed rice.
