Asian Ostrich Kebabs
- 1lb Ostrich Steak, 1inch thick, into 1inch cubes
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Asian sesame oil
- 2 tsp Minced ginger rooot
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tsp Rice vineger
- 1- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground white pepper
- 1 - 1/2 tbsp Lightly toasted sesame seeds
In a medium sized bowl, stir together all ingredients except meat. Add meat, toss well, marinate for 45 minutes. Thread on scewers and broil or grill, turning several times, 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Do not over cook. Serve with freshly steamed rice.
