The Calgary Farmers’ Market is celebrating its 1st Anniversary at the New Blackfoot Trail location on Saturday April 21st 2012. The market and its 73 local vendors are ecstatic to celebrate this milestone and show our appreciation to Calgary. We’re inviting everyone to come and celebrate at our 1st ever Customer Appreciation Day!
From 9 AM- 5 PM on Saturday April 21st there will be great deals to be had from our vendors. They want to thank-you for your support by providing great deals on their amazing products. Stay tuned for a full list of the deals to be released soon.
We will also be giving away free shopping bags to the 365 customers through the door and doing a one day draw for a Gift Basket full of items from vendors and the Calgary Farmers Market. Everyone who comes to the market on Saturday April the 21st can enter to WIN at Customer Service!

It’s Spring at the Calgary Farmers’ Market!

Spring is a great time of year at the market as we start to see more local produce and we are getting ready for the summer. This April we have lots of great events going on:

ATB Financial Customer Appreciation Thursdays
Every Thursday in April there will be bouncy castle in the food court for kids to jump in courtesy of ATB Financial.
They will also be giving away shopping bags and $5 market coupons to show their support of homegrown Alberta businesses.

Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny
On Saturday April 7th we will be having a market wide Easter Egg Hunt. Bring the family down and hunt for eggs and visit the Easter Bunny as you walk through the market.

A Taste of Quebec will have Maple Pumpkin pies for pre-order and for sale next weekend.
