Valentine’s Day Dinner

The Calgary Farmers’ Market is offering those less talented in the kitchen a leg up to impress their sweethearts this Valentine’s Day.  Six of our vendors — Yum Bakery, Stock and Sauce, Blu Seafood, Silver Sage Beef, Cherry Pit and Kabloom have joined together to offer a delicious and romantic Valentine’s Day meal that comes nicely packaged ready to serve with a minimum of preparation.  A bit of baking is all the cooking needed to serve up a delicious meal for your Valentine.

The cost for this special dinner for two is only $75 Pre- orders will be taken until noon on Thursday, February 9th, with meals available for pick up on February 11th or 12th.  Starting on Thursday, January 26th you can pre-order your meal at Blu Seafood, Yum Bakery and Silver Sage Beef at the Market. 

The Calgary Farmers’ Market believes everyone deserves a little romance and a delicious meal this Valentine’s Day.  There is a limited quantity of 100 dinners, so stop by Thursday- Sunday 9am- 5pm to place your order before they sell out.

Open All Winter

Get cozy with the market all winter.  Do you like the smell of an apple pie fresh out of the oven? Or would you prefer to warm up with a hot chocolate by the fire? Oh and you have just got to try our hand knit-mittens, and make sure you pick up some veggies for a homemade soup. There is plenty to love about winter at the market all year round. Come visit us Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am- 5pm.

Fresh Food Drive

On Saturday December 3rd from 11am-4pm , the Breakfast Television crew will be onsite at the Calgary Farmers’ Market for the fresh food drive. In cooperation with the Calgary Inertfatih foodbank we are all working together to bring more fresh food donations to hungry Calgarians. Come on down and join us!

Bring Holiday Cheer and Your Choir to the Calgary Farmers’ Market.This holiday season we are looking for choirs to perform on the ATB Financial Stage.  It is a great opportunity to share your talent and holiday spirit with everyone at the market.
