There are so many exciting things happening on the floor of the Calgary Farmers' Market, and it takes a team of staff to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible and that all of our visitors have the best experience we can provide.
Stacey Petropoulos General Manager
Stacey has been with the Calgary Farmers’ Market since July 2011. She has vast experience working in operations and building / facility management. Along with her experience she brings a strong focus on details, organization and direction to the market. Stacey oversees all Operational and Marketing functions including vendor relations and all new vendor inquiries.
Amanda Langbroek Director of Marketing & Events
Amanda joined the Calgary Farmers’ Market family in January of 2011. She has widespread experience in event planning, market research, advertising, social media and small business development. Amanda enjoys helping our vendors promote their businesses and creating exciting events for our customers to experience. Amanda is responsible for the advertising, communications, public relations and event planning for the market..
Leilani Olynik Marketing and Events Coordinator
Leilani Olynik was delighted to become part of the Calgary Farmers’ Market family in March 2013. She has a diverse background in digital marketing, blogging, social media, non-profit administration, food and wine, and teaching overseas. Leilani is often found buzzing around the market promoting our hard-working vendors, sharing their stories, and creating recipes for our guests.
Who We are & Our History
The ABC Farmers' Market Society was founded in April 2003, as a non-profit society. The "ABC" in the society's name is for the Alberta and British Columbia farmers who make up the society. Read more...
On April 21st 2011 the Calgary Farmers’ Market opened our new location and permanent home just off Blackfoot Trail and Heritage Drive. The opening of the new market was a great success and a celebration of growth in the local food market and support for local business. Read more...
